After 36 years in education, 28 years as principal of Canton Junior-Senior High School, Collinsville, CT and the last 6 years as Director of Development for the Nutmeg State Games, no one is more skeptical of fundraising programs.

However, I am excited about the program, Nutrition and Kids because it provides funds for schools and private organizations by selling a product that truly aims at better educating children and young adults regarding good nutrition and healthy diet choices through a "fun" interactive CD-ROM.

Dr. Kim Gebrosky, who has had a long-term commitment to wellness and nutrition, is the founder of Nutrition and Kids. Realizing the "epidemic" of obesity and poor nutrition affecting our kids today has reached a critical level, he has channeled his interest, experience and background in nutrition and sports medicine, to develop a state of the art technology CD-ROM Game.

As a fellow educator, I am sure you will agree that using the technology provided by today's computers and software can be a valuable motivational tool with young people.
